My baby has 4 upper teeth and 3 lower teeth. Is this the right growth?

A. Yeah absolutely in fact it is very good that your child already has 7 teeth which is fine and the entire teeth of 20 should be visible by the age of three years so right now your child has good number of teeth already so no need to worry about it
