My baby fell off the bed day before yesterday.. He cried and later on stopped crying.. Fed him, he slept normal like always.. No bleeding, no swollen bumps.. Even then should I take him to hospital.. It’s been 48 hrs after he fell down

Usually if you do not see any abnormal activity within 24 to 48 hours of time then it is considered very normal that there is no internal injury or anything but still I would advise you to wait for another 24 hours of everything goes good nothing to be worried otherwise visit your doctor if needed
