Q.
My baby boy is 6 months old and I have started solids for him. Currently I am giving him steamed apple/carrot puree, homemade rice and moong daal Cerelac plus readymade Cerelac as needed. I give 2-3 meals a day. Recently since the last 6-7 days, he is having diarrhea with 5-6 times a day. what should I do and what could be possible reason for the same?

Teething could be one reason second could be in digestion that is why your child could be suffering with lose motion and sometimes when the kids cannot process the food that you are giving either they have constipation and lose motion so if it has been some time please get us test done for your child
