my baby 1month old grunt so much when w e lay him straight and his face become red ,seems like baby stomach is not good.. how will we know what happen and how to comfort and how long this can happen?

A. It could he gas or bloating and yo release gas baby grunts so apply little hing paste around naval and make sure you always burp baby after feeding and if still no relief then give colic aid drops to baby take care
