the most common cause of such type of allergy is due to the temperature variations which might be either due to air conditioner awesome window opening at that time from hot to cold and cold to hot environment which is causing allergy. it is advisable to meet your pediatrician who will guide you whether the height of the child is a genetic origin or it is dietary related

earlier like 6 months ago he suffered from migraine too which lasted for a week non stop but now he is fine. his doctor asked me to make  a diary and figure out what causes it. his growth is also stagnant. his younger brother who is 2.5 yrs old is same height as him at 4.3 yrs. thanks for all your replies
