my 3 year old is having cold hands always and sweaty also..I am very worried about him please help.His temperature is 96.5

A. See sweaty hands all the time can also be a sign of skin related issues sometimes it is sweat allergy sometimes it is a kind of eczema only so if you want you can check with your doctor that you can start with the correct treatment for the child and the temperature is normal there is no fever
