my 3.5 year old is having pain while urinating and passing urine drop by drop only, she was given water continuously but no improvement..please suggest an advice

Mam this is not a good sign that if your child is facing so much of an issue you should immediately check with your doctor as they will have to check to know and understand what is the reason behind it as on that basis only they will be able to give you better assistance on that
