My 20-month-old baby girl stool is tight and hard to release. please suggest what to do?

A. Please make sure that you’re giving plenty of fluids and fibres to the child in their diet that will help in easy and better digestion of the food that you are giving in motion accordingly when the child is low on hydration having hard as motion as well as well constipation is common to be seen
