My 2 year old first caught dermatitis and still now and than face become red and dry but she is becoming bald… hair are falling from the scalp

You should consult a dermatologist for a proper treatment because with that only things are going to get better so kindly get in touch with the doctor and maybe the redness and hair fall is associated with dermatitis only but a doctor would be able to help you correctly after physically evaluating the situation
