meri skin pregnancy ke bad jyada hi black ho gai hai..so what is the reason behind it ? and what to do for better skin?

A. Avoid long, hot soaks or showers. You don’t want to strip your skin of its natural oils. Instead, take a 10- to 15-minute shower or bath (perhaps with added bath oil) in warm water. Hydrate from within. Drinking plenty of fluids and including healthy, omega-3 fatty acids in your diet can help to keep your skin supple.  Use a humidifier (to add moisture to your environment). Protect your skin from the sun. Apply a 30-or-greater SPF broad-spectrum sunscreen each day.
