Mera baby ko 4din se fever tha abhi thik ho chuka he lekin sardi or Kashi bohut he o 4-5din se breastfeeding ke alawa kuch nehi khata khana dekh the hi dur bhakta he kuch solution bol dijiye plz plz😢
