May boy 1.5 year old not able to do potty past 3 days what to do he is in pain

A. Currently you can insert us a suppository that really helps a lot in clearing the system of the child and that would be good right now and in general course of life you should give more of warm water during the morning and apply some castor oil in the navel which will help me in easy digestion of the food and will help in easy motion also
