kal se sardi khasi aur fever dono chij hai paracitamol deti hu but fir kich der bad fir fever aa jata hai 100 rahta hai kya kre

A. ok. this may be a viral infection you can repeat paracetamol in every 6 hours for three days, if no improvement after that you may visit your doctor in person
