Is it ok if my 13month old is not eating but taking mother milk plz tell he is refusing food not eating

A. dear mum , if recently child is refusing food it can b due to change in environment or surrounding or teething massage gums with fingers encourage child to eat with family same food show by ur example let him handle food eat by self dontbreastfeed before meal
