Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl3 days agoA. No matter what is the Kajal like home-made or external or even herbal you cannot use it it’s not advisable to use it in the eyes but if you want to put like a do for evil eye then it is not a problem you can use but not in the eyes Eyes
