A. I even faced the same issue during my pregnancy . It is better to be on a diet suggested by your doctor because due to the sugar level baby may gain over weight or doesn't gain up weight.. my baby was normal (2.74kg) in 8th month but on the birth it was 2.97kg. i was so shocked n the first question i asked doctor was y he didn't gain up proper weight . she asked due to glucose level baby may go under or over weight.. so better be on diet for ur baby sake..

I was advised to keep the fasting sugar level below 92 and post meal below 130. Also, i had noted down each day my food intake and sugar level to understand what can be taken/avoided to maintain the levels.

Hello mom It’s on the higher side so in such case you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it because a doctor can only advise you will after examining you and baby. And advise your medication accordingly. Never take any sort of medication till it is not
