mam I had gestational diabetes after delivery can I check sugar level and please tell fasting and after meal time for taking sugar test..

Namaste Mom, You can do 12 hour fasting , so have you dinner by 8 pm and your fasting test need to be done , after 12 hours of post dinner that is 8 am, the time can vary basing on your routine but 12 hours have to maintained, then after 2 hours post prandial if required, but for now fasting is fine,

See if you’re willing to do fasting then when you sleep in the night after that before having anything in the morning get the blood test done so that would be for fasting and regular blood test you can do any time after your meal lunch or dinner whatever is comfortable and I would still recommend to check with your doctor before you proceed with anything
