i have given meftagesic ds syrup my child for fevier, continue 8 days, in 6-7 hour gape, my child weight is 11 kg and dose that i have given is 3.5 ml, it can effect on kidney, plz tell me i am so worried

Okay so first of all if the medicine has been approved by the doctor then that’s very important second according to the weight of the child the dose should be somewhere around 1.5 ML to maximum actually given a lot and that too straight for eight days so please check with your doctor sometime these medicines can have different side-effects not necessarily on the kidney only
