Q.
I am a government employee and currently i am on maternity leave. I shall resume my job on 2nd January, 2027 and on 6th January my baby boy will be 6 month. As per my doctor's advice i shall be exclusively breastfeeding my boy till 6 month. Since i shall be in my job and i can't breastfeed my child during day time. What shall i feed my baby during day time? kindly give me diet for my baby so that he is full for the day.

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist2 weeks agoA. dear mum , that is a correct decision to exclusively breastfeed baby till 6 mths complete while at work baby can b b fed with expressed breastmilk discuss pumping schedule , storage with pediatrician / lactation consultant
