Q.

hlo...My daughter is having difficulty passing stool regularly. She seems uncomfortable and sometimes strains while trying to pass stool. Could you please advise what to do?? drink sufficient water

A. add more fiber related food in diet chart like cucumber, guava, papaya ,sweet potato, apple, carrot and many more... reduce quantity of milk... you can also try one tea spoon clarified butter on empty stomach..

A. It seems like your child is having constipation I’m just going to advise you to give plenty of fluids and fibre in the diet give about 30 ML of prune juice in the night before sleeping and apply some castor oil in the navel and start the day with a glass of warm water this will be very helpful
