hlo , my baby is 1 year old he had fever n upset stomach we consulted to Dr he said any gut infection is there n gives medicine but now he has no fever n potty is also ok but has cough he is active n plays all day but doesn't eat anything like I used to give him proper breakfast , morning snack, lunch , evening snacks dinner he used to eat sometimes only 5 to 6 bites but from past 3 days he doesn't want to eat plss suggest what should I try I m very sad and hopeless
