Q.

Hii..my son is 3 years old. 4 months ago he had a severe cold. The doctor gave him medicine and the cold got cured but he also had a blocked nose and the blocked nose has not been cured yet. Till now he is breathing with open mouth.The muscle on his right nose is swollen, I even used nasal spray but it is not getting cured and his lips are always dry. what should i do please help me

A.
