hii dr. my baby is 24 days old and usko bath krane ke bath uske body pe chote chote red bumps hogye face or head pe bhi kya kre? use bath karne ke liye dettol soap use ki thi or himalaya massage oil

Oil is still okay why are you using the soap which is meant to be used for adults it’s very harsh on the skin that’s why probably your child is having this issue you can use Himalaya baby soap you can use any good soap under the brand of kids not an adult soap
