hi..satvik is 1 chapati a day and dalaiya and 3 big cup milk in a day..is it sufficient for him

A. No u r meant to give proper meal to the child 3 proper meals of breakfast lunch and dinner and also I’ll tell u to avoid giving more of milk and focus more on the food and that will b good for the growth of the child
