Hi, My niece 19 months old girl, she is not spoken other than amma, appa. she is not connecting with other people and not answering for single question if someone calls her name she is not responding to them but rarely she is responding. and she passes her urine wherever she stands or sits while playing. And not eating single bite without screen (Mobile). is that problem in future days or it will automatically get resolved? please advise
