hi my daughter had cold for 10 days i have done home remedies but still it is not settled down what to do also she is 11.4kg what to do for increasing weight

A. hi. her weight is at lower side. you may give her sitopaladi powder with honey. give her steam inhalation a couple of times a day. avoid cold winds n cold climat.
