Hi.. my baby is 75 days old.. she passes urine 11 to 14 times.. but she did not poop

Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week and it is normal as long as your baby is active and healthy. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. During winters babies tend to pass urine frequently. Nothing to worry as long as your baby shows no discomfort symptoms.
