hi,my baby boy is 7months old had severe cough and cold what diet should I follow for him and he is exclusively on fm his motion is also tight any syrup for free motion

Hi You should consult your doctor for any kind of medicine that you want to go ahead with and also you can nebulise your child and give indirect steam and for hard motion I am just going to say you should really give good amount of water and fibre rich diet to the child that is going to help
