Hi, I see dark circle under the eyes of my son. May I know the reason and please help me in getting rid of this

Vitamin E capsule before sleeping the basic reasons of dark circles could be associated with deficiency of vitamins improper sleep cycle because kids should sleep at a stage for at least 8 to 10 hours in the night and then could be too much screen time
