hello doctor my daughter is 3 year 3 month old she is suffering from cold she told me that she had neck pain and fever.she has difficulty inbreathing when she is sleeping.what I do?

Please consult your doctor along with oral medicines I believe giving steam indirectly and nebulising the child will also be very helpful right now so it would be best in the interest that you please consult the doctor and proceed with what your doctor has to recommend
