experts pls tell zinc multivitamin drops is a reason for baby stomach upset? he feel very hard to pass motion after fed of zinc then next day he is crying and uncomfortable to pass motion.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bontnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be ahvoided before 1 year of age

Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Burp your baby after every feed. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
