Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if the child is suffering from diarrhoea along with vomiting the child may be having some stomach infection for vomiting you can give domstal to the baby and consult your doctor once

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. This could be due to either indigestion or stomach infection that is why your child is having both the things together so it is better to have a physical assessment of your child and go ahead with medicine suggested by a doctor
