A. if they are diaper rashes then avoid diapers for few days. keep that area dry and clean. apply a good rash cream or dusting powder. i prefer mamaearth dusting powder. it is talc free so completely safe. effective on rashes and boils. reduces redness and itching very fast and soothes baby. helps to keep skin dry.

A. hello dear, you should apply virgin coconut oil after every daiper change coconut oil has natural healing properties and change daiper frequently...wash daiper area after every poop..wipe is not enough . do not apply soap. and give some daiper free time too..or you can use cloth daiper.
