can u pls suggest the reason of this darkness under one arm and the treatment

A. It’s pigment looking like a pigmentation plus the picture is not clear because it’s green pictures I don’t even know whether the rash is red or it is just grey or brown in colour so can you please share another picture and check with your doctor once
