little amount of soya sauce added in meals once a while is fine
prefer home cooked meals
have good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well

If You have already read it then don’t have it otherwise it would be better that you please consult your gynaecologist with this because most of the time the gynaecology say that you should avoid having any kind of Chinese food when you are pregnant because they do add MSG to it which is not healthy for pregnant women
