I’m right now no exercise is going to help because very honestly if you have to do these exercises to start from the time of fourth month of your pregnancy so currently you should just check with your doctor because I believe they will not even advise you because you’re very much overweight

Confirm with your gynaecologist, what is the safer option for you?
