because of teething, loose motions and cold cough my baby is not having any solid food only taking breast milk. what should I do please suggest

A. You should avoid giving breastfeeding also try to get your child having more of lactose free milk because a loose motions will be more aggravated during this time if you continue to feed the milk and check with the doctor for proper treatment once the child will be relaxed child will start eating also
