A. Hello! For a healthy weight gain in children, the focus should be on nutrient-dense to rather than just high calorie foods. Include healthy fats like ghee and butter to the meals. Give protein foods like eggs, pulses, Paneer, nuts, and so on. Give full fat milk and curd your child.
