#asktheexperts my kid didn't take milk..tll me veg. substitute of calcium iron and other vitamins..

A. dear mom. it is good to give your child a well balanced diet including all food groups to get overall all nutrition. include all seasonal fruits n veggies. o k.

A. ragi dosa, sesame ladoo, paneer paratha, spinach dal. All calcium rich. My son hates milk too so i sneak nutrition into food or use gummies format to fill the nutrition gaps like some little joys calcium gummies exist for kids
