#asktheexperts My delivery was normal and now my baby is 6.5 months Last few days I am having white discharge because of that I feel lower body pain whole day What to do in this kind?

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi dear Rest and elevate the painful area. Alternate between ice packs to reduce inflammation and heat to improve blood flow. Soak in a warm bath with Epsom salts or take a warm shower. Take over-the-counter pain relievers (aspirin, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, naproxen).
