#asktheexperts My daughter is two your old I want to ask question about vaccination There is one vaccine ( typhoid booster dose), is it actually important or not to take this vaccine Actually we went to doctor for vaccination, he explained us that it is not that important to get this vaccination done also the vaccine is costlier but again he asked us to get some information about it n still we need to get it done you can visit. I have search on google n asked in my family circle also but what to do Explained me important of this vaccine so I can take one decision

A. First of all typhoid vaccination is not mandatory which is why your doctor may have advised you not to get it done but if you have covered the typhoid vaccinations previously then it would be good to complete the booster I do and vaccination but you can get it done just to protect your child from typhoid I’m not saying that it is going to hundred percent cover that it will never happen it can happen but the chances are very less
