Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy2 days agoA. Hello! Increase the liquid and fibre intake of your child. Bananas , prunes and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Give them to your child regularly. Give your child a balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all day. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
