#asktheexperts my baby boy is 7 month from when can we start making our baby sit without support, and from when can we give foods other than milk, and what all can we give?”

A. Namaste Mom, Babies tend to start sitting without support around 7 to 9 months of age , this varies, and let the baby do that, its better to give support until then solids apart from milk can be introduced as early as 5 months of age starting with liquid foods and gradually moving to semi solids and mashed foods from the age of 6 months of age,
