RashmiMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl1 month agoA. Actually a lot of parents do not give enough amount of water or fluids or fibre in the diet which leads to hard motion and it’s common to be seen so just try and include lots of water and fibres in the diet which will be very helpful for you
