#asktheexperts how do you know if you have enough breast milk. our baby tends to get fussy even after 30 to 40 mins of breastfeeding. does this mean that there is less milk??

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello good evening !! Yes the mother feel lighter in breasts even after 2-3 hours feeding,no leakage of milk. Baby gets fussy ,cries and wants to latch all time and the tummy looks flat. Garlic milk ,garlic in curries, poppy seeds, papaya,chikoo,saunf water ,rusk,bread toast help in increasing milk production .
