Q.

#asktheexperts Good morning, doctor. We got our baby's 45-day vaccination this Saturday at 11 AM. The baby has a fever now, and I have been giving 0.5 mg of paracetamol syrup every 6 hours. The baby still has a fever today. Please suggest what I should do.

A. Saturday Sunday and then Monday three days I have almost passed of the fever and subside within 72 hours to the vaccination time then you need to check with your doctor because sometimes fever can last for 48 hours also but usually within 72 hours
