Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 6 m old boy13 hours agoA. Hello! Baby should be able to hold the neck without any kind of support. Baby starts reacting and responding when called out and also make some sounds like cooing. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby for the first six months.
