A. After a year, you can give your child whatever you are making for yourself. Make sure it should not be spicy. The baby should be having the habit of eating everything. It will help your baby to grow and develop taste for food.

A. From the age of nine months onwards we suggested to give all the family foods to the child whatever you are making at home for the whole family that’s the best that you can offer for overall growth and development of the child and nothing is better than that of course moderate and good amount of fats and carbohydrates plus good amount of proteins
