A. dear mum , now ur child shd b given all family foods 3 meals 1 snack wholesome meals having variety food groups grain , legumes dal beans / egg non veg , curd paneer , veg , fruit add powdered nuts to food avoid sugar jaggery till 2 yrs

A. A 17-month-old toddler can eat most family foods, but the food should be soft, well-cooked, and cut into small pieces. At this age, give 3 main meals and 2–3 healthy snacks daily in small quantities. Breakfast Oatmeal or porridge with milk Banana or apple slices Soft fruits like papaya, banana, or pear Lunch Rice with dal (lentils) Soft vegetables dinner Khichdi (mother milk as needed in full day)
