#AskTheExpert .. my one year baby not gaining weight properly.. what to do?

A. Hi, Generally babies get their weight thrice by 1 year and twice by 6 month of their birth weight. So if weight is in the range then don't worry. Give baby weight gaining food like suji kheer, oats kheer, mashed banana, mashed eggs , rice, paneer etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chhuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 1 year.
